Return & Refund Policy

At Western Coast Clothing, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 90 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free of scents, stains, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure your package is securely packed, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Return an Item

To start a return or exchange, please send your item(s) to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

If exchanging an item, additional shipping charges may apply for the new package being sent out.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

International customers (including U.S. customers) are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges. Refused shipments will be refunded only after the merchandise is returned to us, less any shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or carrier charges incurred.
